This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the airport law enforcement agencies named below, collectively referred to as “Parties.”

Whereas, the Parties desire to establish a network for the purpose of sharing information, resources, and coordinating efforts related to law enforcement and security at airports;

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:

1. Network Establishment: The Parties hereby establish network, known the Airport Law Enforcement Agencies Network, the purpose sharing information, resources, coordinating efforts related law enforcement security airports.
